Univectra d.o.o. respects the existing consumer protection laws and will do its best to resolve any dispute using a mutual agreement.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with legal norms Univectra d.o.o. does not recognize any extra-judicial settler of consumer disputes as being responsible for resolving the disputes, which the consumer can trigger in accordance with the Act on the extra-judicial settlement of consumer disputes.

In accordance with EU regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 in Directive 2009/22 / EC, Univectra d.o.o. presents a website link to the platform for online dispute resolution (ODR).
